The staff here at the Prince Albert location are all fantastic. Crystal is always available. Ember is so easy to talk to and there boss Trevor quiet yet has a great sense of humor. I wouldn't have expected the amazing work and the safety of my locker being Prince Albert. However Five stars. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a storage locker there for a couple years with no issues. Staff is amazing loved dealing with Crystal, Ember and Trevor, all were very knowledgeable and always there to help. Definitely recommend them for all your storage needs.

The girls at front desk (Crystal and Ember) were very nice to deal with and knowledgeable. Units were clean and not beat up. Having someone at the office on site definitely a bonus. Like the hours of operation, security gates and cameras. There should be better deals for long term rentals. The entrance security entrance pads for gate entry needs fixing.
