The girls at front desk (Crystal and Ember) were very nice to deal with and knowledgeable. Units were clean and not beat up. Having someone at the office on site definitely a bonus. Like the hours of operation, security gates and cameras. There should be better deals for long term rentals. The entrance security entrance pads for gate entry needs fixing.

It must've been fate. There was one big storage available and it was enough to store all my things. However the lady ever so friendly, I loved her service and would recommend to f&f.

The staff was so friendly and went beyond for us when my mom passed and we needed a unit to store her items. Crystal and Amber was amazing !
